Ferienwohnung, Haushälfte in Zentrumslage, ca. 85 qm, über 2 Etagen (Parterre und Obergeschoss), mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück und Garage mit Carport. EG: ca 55 qm, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Das Schlafzimmer ist seniorengerecht ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlicher Schlafmöglichkeit durch ausziehbarer Sofaecke. Duschbad und kleiner Wintergarten mit Terrasse. 1. Etage: kombiniertes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, kleine Kochgelegenheit und Duschbad. 


Die beiden Wohnungen haben getrennte Eingänge, können als eine Wohneinheit oder auch einzeln genutzt werden (es gibt eine Verbindungstür, die bei Bedarf zugeschlossen werden kann). Fahrräder können in der Garage untergestellt werden. Erstausstattung der Bettwäsche inklusive, 2 Fahrräder vorhanden, Satelliten-TV, Handtücher gegen 8,00 EUR Gebühr pro Person, WLAN gegen 12,00 EUR Gebühr pro Aufenthalt. Haustiere nicht leider nicht erlaubt.

Nur als Hinweis: Raumhöhe und Türdurchgänge sind im Erdgeschoss niedrig. Ab 1,90 Meter Körpergröße muss man sich erst daran gewöhnen. Sonst gibt es Schrammen am Kopf.

Einfach alles. Es war alles da was man benötigt - sehr sauber und sehr sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundliche Menschen

Eine wunderbar hergerichtete Ferienwohnung und ganz zentral gelegen. Schön ist das die Unterkunft über zwei Etagen verläuft und jeder etwas Privatspaere hat.

Wir hatten das Haus komplett gemietet und dadurch waren wir für uns. Das Auto kann man schön auf das Grundstück stellen und mit den kostenlosen Leihfahrrädern ist es eine runde Sache gewesen!

Ein Hinweis zur Deckenhöhe der Zimmer im Untergeschoss hat mir gefehlt. Bin selbst 1,87 und beim Wechsel der Zimmer war Kopf einziehen angesagt.

Super netter Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. In der Küche gibt es alles was man für eine Urlaub braucht und noch viel mehr. Eine solche Ausstatung haben wir so noch nicht erlebt+++++. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist toll, die moderne und liebevolle Einrichtung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, 5 min bis in die Stadtmitte, 5 min zum Hauptstrand. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht und ist absolut sauber! Ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit eigener Etage für die Kinder und viel Platz. Sogar eine Garage mit Fahrrädern, die man benutzen kann. Top!
