A 68sqm first floor apartment in an apartment building in a quiet residential area in the upper part of Bühlertal. It is situated at an altitude of 450m with a view of the Black Forest and is located in a 30m zone. A children's playground with a football pitch is 200m from the apartment. Various grocery stores (bakery, butcher, supermarket), as well as a swimming pool are directly in the village. Starting from the private parking lot in front of the house is the garden with terrace, from where the apartment can be entered via a separate entrance. You enter the apartment via the living/dining area. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are accessible via an adjoining hallway. The living room has a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player, and the sofa can also be used as a bed. The dining table with space for up to six people invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped with various kitchen utensils and crockery, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. The bedroom has a 1.40 m bed, a sofa bed and a closet. On the terrace there is garden furniture (table and chairs) and a charcoal grill. In the storage room there is a washing machine with laundry rack and basket. A high chair and baby/child travel cot can be provided on request at no extra charge.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information

The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 1.60 per person per night is charged in the location of the booked accommodation. This must be paid to the host.
