Description
The apartment is in the basement of our house on the garden side and has its own entrance. The approx. 30 square meter one-room apartment with separate kitchen, shower/WC and checkroom is ideal for a stay of 1-2 persons. In the living room/bedroom, with a view of the garden, there is a sitting area and a double bed with separate mattresses. The small kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area seats 2 people. The modern bathroom has a washbasin and WC as well as a spacious shower cubicle. The windows in all rooms can be opened to the garden, and the living room/bedroom can be darkened using roller shutters. Our house is located at the foot of the foothills of the Black Forest and invites you to go for walks, hikes and cycle tours in the mountains or in the Rhine plain. The network of hiking and cycling paths away from the roads is varied, and the good local transport network also allows excursions to the surrounding area without a car. The vacation apartment is in the basement of our house on the garden side and has its own entrance. The large, quiet garden can be used by our guests and garden furniture is available. The solar-heated pool invites you to cool off and swim in the summer. There is a parking space in front of the house for guests of the vacation apartment. The district of Kappelwindeck is located in the immediate vicinity of the town center of Bühl, the approx. 1.2 km walk can be easily mastered in 15 minutes. A bakery and butcher's shop are in the immediate vicinity, a shopping center can be reached by car or over 700 m on foot.
