Welcome to Poppis ! Our vacation apartment is located in the small hamlet of Poppis, only 4km from Lake Constance and surrounded by orchards, hiking and biking trails Enjoy the view of the mountains and orchards from the balcony of our 100sqm apartment. The spacious apartment includes three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, The accommodation is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker and crockery as well as a living room with TV, library, dining area, children's play area and balcony. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower and bathtub, and there is also another WC. WLAN can be used free of charge. A highlight of the apartment is the large garden with a playground for children. There is a parking space in front of the house. The entrance to the house can be reached via a staircase. Bicycles can be parked in the lockable garage or rented from us on request. The location of the vacation apartment is ideal for exploring the beauty of Lake Constance. Take a boat trip on the lake or visit the charming towns on the shore. Explore the hinterland on the countless cycling and hiking trails. After booking, please complete the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email and provide your address. This will help the host to organize your stay in the best possible way.

Check-in and check-out regulation

The keys are handed over personally on site by the owner of the house. Please contact the host 3 days before arrival to discuss your individual arrival time. Please fill out the Holidu contact form that you received via email and provide your address. This helps the host to optimally prepare your stay. Please note the following checkout regulations: - the flat key should be left in the door. - Please switch off all appliances - please empty the dishwasher and fridge and - please strip the beds

Please follow the navigation instructions from Google Maps to the following address: Poppis 18, 88079 Kressbronn am Bodensee, Germany Before Kressbronn via Gattnau to Poppis. In the village, coming from Gattnau, turn right and immediately left again. The third house on the right is your destination.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information

The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 3.95 per person per night is charged in the location of the booked accommodation. This must be paid to the host.
