The light-flooded bungalow with two residential units impresses with its beautiful location in the western part of Immenstaad and within walking distance (100 m) of Lake Constance. The well-kept, quiet garden invites you to sunbathe and the cozy, open living area provides peace and quiet when needed. The house is located on a private property, the first floor apartment is suitable for 5 people, the basement apartment in the basement for 2 people. These can be booked separately or together. Independent check-in is possible 24/7 for both apartments. WLAN is free of charge. There is space for 4 cars on the property. The upper apartment has wheelchair access via the terrace. Hiking, swimming, cycling, water sports on Lake Constance - the region around Immenstaad has it all.
