Description

The very bright 2-room apartment has approx. 70 square meters of living space and is ideal for 2 people (no pets). The large living and dining area has a kitchen and cooking island, sofa and TV, as well as direct access to the balcony with lake view. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80x2.00m). The kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher, oven, large induction hob with retractable extractor fan and a large fridge-freezer. High-quality kitchen appliances that make cooking fun - especially when you can see as far as Switzerland. The spacious and bright bathroom with natural light has a washing machine and a large walk-in shower with Raindance shower head. The elevator takes you to the top floor. There is a parking space directly in front of the house. Fast WLAN is available free of charge. Your Munzert vacation apartment is located in Langenargen on Lake Constance and has high-quality furnishings and a view of the lake. Your accommodation has been completely refurbished (new build 2021) and is located on the top floor. An elevator is available. Lake Constance is only 40 meters away. The apartment has a large southwest-facing balcony (20sqm). Fast WLAN and parking are available free of charge. The lido is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. Many shops and restaurants are available in the village center, which is about 7 minutes walk away. A public lake access with bathing facilities is about 40 meters away.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
