Our country house is situated in the charming Alpine foothills of Lake Constance in the naturally rural district of Lindau Oberreitnau.
3 holiday flats are on the upper floor and all have a sunny balcony.
The one-room flat 4 is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and terrace.
Thanks to our ideal location, you can easily reach numerous sports, leisure and play facilities, shopping facilities and an excellent range of restaurants within a few minutes' walk.

If you are travelling via the A 96 motorway, we recommend that you take the "Weißensberg" exit, then head towards Lindau, after passing through Rotkreuz follow the signs to Rehlings/Oberreitnau, past the "Gitzenweiler Hof" campsite to the roundabout at the railway underpass/Oberreitnau, which you cross straight uphill and after 50 m turn left into Paradiesweg. Before house no. 12, turn right directly up the driveway in front of HS-14.Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.Tourist tax information

No deposit is due. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax - this must be paid on site.
The provisions of the Bürgerl. German Civil Code (BGB) apply. Place of jurisdiction is Lindau/B. The landlord is exempt from compensation if the flat cannot be provided or can only be provided to a limited extent due to force majeure, burst water pipes or other unforeseeable technical or other disruptions, as well as health impairments of the landlord.
