Description

The LSI has 78 comfortable single and double rooms in five price categories. All rooms are ensuite and include Internet access, a small fridge and a kettle. Bed linen and towels are, of course, also provided. Guests may end the day in the spacious lounge, cook a meal with other guests. The small patio that leads off the breakfast hall is often the venue for sociable barbecues with other guests in the summer. For those who need to balance their mental exertions with physical activities, the nearby woods are a great place to go jogging and the table-tennis facilities are just the thing to build up a sweat.

At the weekend or public holidays there is no stuff at the reception desk. The check in is possible through a night locker only.

CANCELLATION TERMS FOR PEOPLE NOT TAKING COURSES ACCOMMODATED IN GUEST ROOMS
The following will be invoiced for changing or cancelling guestroom reservations:

For group reservations:
a) Free of charge up to three weeks before the planned arrival date
b) 50% of the agreed performances for up to one week before the planned arrival date
c) 80% of the agreed performances for less than one week before the planned
arrival date

A group reservation for the LSI is a reservation from ten people.

In the event of individual reservations:
a) Free of charge up to one day before the planned arrival date (up 12:00 midday)
b) 80% of the agreed performances from one day before the
planned arrival date (after 12:00 midday)
c) Special provisions for arrivals on Saturdays or Sundays: free-of-charge cancellation
up to Friday 9.00 a.m., then 80% of the agreed performances

Reservations that have not been cancelled or used will be invoiced at 80% of the agreed prices. It is irrelevant here whether the guesthouse is fully booked or not. All cancellations must be made in writing.
