Our family-friendly holiday flat is suitable for 1-4 people (54 m2). It has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a storage room and a large living room with a cosy dining area and a view of the garden and the mountains. The living room cupboard conceals two folding beds that can be folded out into two comfortable beds. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used by prior arrangement and for a fee. All rooms are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The holiday flat is not barrier-free.

Environment description

Nestled between the Untersberg, the Götschen and the Lattengebirge with the "Hexe", this holiday flat is situated in a sunny, quiet location in Bischofswiesen Winkl on the ground floor of an apartment building with garden. From the terrace of the holiday flat you have a view of the Kehlsteinhaus, Hoher Göll and Jenner. The garden is available to all residents.

About the host

Our love for nature and the mountains is what prompted us-Ingrid Reichenberger and Herbert Schwainberger-to move from Munich to Bischofswiesen. Since 2024, we have been welcoming guests from Germany and abroad to our beautiful Klausgraben vacation apartment. We are delighted when our guests feel at home with us and share our enthusiasm for the region, its people, and nature.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
