Ground floor, 65m² newly renovated vacation apartment with two bedrooms, a large bathroom, cozy living room with visually separated kitchen and terrace.It is not so easy to decide on a favorite place in this apartment. Is it the armchair with the view of the mountains? Is it wonderfully soft bed with the comforters in the comfort size of 155 x 220 cm? Or the rain shower in the spacious bathroom?everyone will find their place. Because thanks to the two bedrooms with double bed and satellite TV with flat screen, no one needs to sleep in the living room. But on the striped sofa with its many pillows you can of course take a wonderful nap or look out the patio door into the garden and feel relaxed.In the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, all hobby cooks, leisure sizzlers or passionate pasta-alla-mama cooks will find everything they need for this. Our two apartments with free WLAN throughout the house offer you pleasant comfort and the feeling of being more than just a guest.We have placed great emphasis on the upscale and individual equipment to offer you the best conditions for a wonderful vacation.Relax in a deck chair or just sit on the bench and enjoy the mountain view / in the house Jakob the nature comes to the front door.If you rent both apartments, the entire house Jakob is available to you and your family and friends. Up to 10 people can then enjoy wonderful days.Haus Jakob is absolutely quiet and yet centrally located. Bischofswiesen with its shops and restaurants is only two minutes away by car. It is just as far to the ski center Götschen with its lifts for the whole family.To Berchtesgaden it is six kilometers, to Bad Reichenhall 13 kilometers and the enchanting festival city of Salzburg you can reach in only 25 kilometers.At the house Jakob various hiking trails lead past.
