Welcome to our cozy and fully equipped vacation apartment. The apartment has a spacious balcony with a beautiful view, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or relaxing evenings. Welcome to our vacation apartment in the beautiful district of Karlstein - here you can arrive and feel right at home. The quiet location invites you to relax and at the same time offers ideal starting points for excursions. The nearby Thumsee lake is within easy reach and perfect for swimming, walking, or relaxing in nature. In just a few minutes, you can reach Bad Reichenhall city center with its graduation house, spa gardens, and RupertusTherme thermal baths. A leisurely stroll through the city is also easily possible. Thanks to good bus connections, you can also reach Salzburg or Berchtesgaden quickly and easily. Pure relaxation in the midst of the beautiful Alpine region.

Arrival Description
Coming from the A8, take the Bad Reichenhall exit and drive onto the B20 towards Bad Reichenhall. Follow the B20/B21 to the Kretabrücke bridge and take the exit towards Inzell/Karlstein/Kaserne/Nonn. Turn left onto the B20, take the second exit at the roundabout and continue on the B20. Then turn slightly right onto Reichenhaller Straße and follow the B20/B21 via the ramp towards Innsbruck/Lofer/Berchtesgaden. After the Inzell/Karlstein/Kaserne/Nonn exit, follow the signs from the Kreta Bridge to your destination in Kirchberg. Arriving by train: Kirchberg train station is 600 meters, approx. 8 minutes' walk from our accommodation. Arriving by plane: Salzburg Airport is approx. 20 minutes or 15 km from the vacation apartment.
