Spacious three-room garden apartment just a few minutes from the banks of Lake Chiemsee in Übersee. The Chiemsee circular path runs directly in front of the garden. Just a few minutes walk to Lake Chiemsee, the bakery or the traditional beer garden, you will still find peace and quiet in the sheltered garden to relax or read. The fully equipped living and dining area with its electric fireplace invites you to linger. There is another covered terrace next to it. The master bedroom is equipped with an extra wide bed (2 meters) which could comfortably accommodate a child up to 6 years old with the parents. The second bedroom can be configured with a sofa, single bed or double bed. In addition to the barrier-free bathroom with washing machine, there is an additional toilet. The apartment is barrier-free, but the 80 cm door is not wheelchair accessible. You have your own parking space in front of the house and a canoe is available for free use

Thanks to its central location between Salzburg (30 min), Munich (50 min), and Kitzbühel (50 min), you can reach many tourist highlights in no time.

Arrival Description
By car:Take the A8 motorway and exit at "Übersee." From there, head toward Übersee and after about 500 meters, turn right into the first street (Greimelstraße). Follow the road until you reach house number 64. You will receive further detailed information via email. By train:Get off at the "Übersee" train station. From there, take bus 9509 towards Traunstein and get off at the stop "Autobahn." Walk back about 200 meters and turn into Greimelstraße. Follow the road until you reach number 64 (about 10 minutes on foot).
