The flat comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed and a further single bed can be pulled out. The comfortable and spacious living and dining room has a cosy tiled stove, a large dining table, a flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. The open-plan kitchen with cooking island is equipped to a high standard with an oven, dishwasher, cooker with 4 induction hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The modern bathroom with shower/WC, hair dryer and a separate WC are also available. From the living area you can access the balcony, which offers a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains to the south-east. The entire flat has parquet flooring and the south-east-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture to allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors. The non-smoking accommodation offers a 3-room flat of 72 square metres on the 1st floor of a multi-party house, facing south-east, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Various amenities can be found nearby: The Sachrang village shop with baked goods and a small café is only 350 metres away, as well as an Italian restaurant and a bus stop in the direction of Aschau im Chiemgau and Lake Chiemsee. For nature lovers, the surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for exploration. Hiking trails start practically on the doorstep, whether up the mountains or down the valley to a waterfall. We also offer free WLAN and free parking for one car at the house. Pets are not allowed.

In addition, well-known lakes such as the Chiemsee are within easy reach within a radius of 25 km. Mit dem Auto: Autobahn A8 München/Salzburg - Ausfahrt Aschau / Frasdorf oder Bernau, links Richtung Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Von Frasdorf kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Rosenheimer Straße, an der Tankstelle vorbei. Am Kreisverkehr nehmen Sie die 1. Ausfahrt Richtung Kampenwandseilbahn und Sachrang. Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf ca. 12 km durch den Ort bis nach Sachrang. Biegen Sie rechts in den Ort Sachrang ein, gleich wieder rechts in die Kirchstraße, an der Kirche vorbei, bleiben Sie auf der Kirchstraße bis Sie rechts in die Spitzsteinstraße einbiegen. Von Bernau kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Bernauer Straße, ca. 50 m nach der Bahngleis-Überquerung im Kreisverkehr die 2. Abfahrt Richtung Kampenwandseilbahn und Sachrang, Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf ca. 12 km durch den Ort bis nach Sachrang. Mit der Bahn: Zugverbindung München-Salzburg - ab Bahnhof Prien nach Aschau mit der Chiemgaubahn und dann mit dem Bus nach Sachrang. Ebenso gibt es ein car-charing-Angebot von mikar.de in Aschau. Über die Inntal-Autobahn können Sie auch über Österreich Niederndorf-Sebi-Sachrang anreisen.
