Welcome to our outbuilding at Schmelzer Straße 100. The house is located directly on the Schmelzerbach and offers you peace and comfort. Here you live all alone in a 70 square meter apartment on the second floor, which has two large balconies with a wonderful view of the mountains and the village. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, parking is in front of the house. There is a small playground for the little ones in the garden, you are also welcome to barbecue and relax on the beautiful terrace.

A good Bavarian vacation! Our house directly at the Schmelzerbach offers you peace and comfort. Ideal starting point for hikes. Bed linen and towels are provided, towel change on request, parking space available, smoking only on the balcony, pets on request, arrival possible every day.

Prices plus spa tax per person/night:adults EUR 2,10, children 6-15 years EUR 1,00, children up to 5 years free. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The services include e.g. mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park with sauna, public buses in the region and much more. Valid for all services is always the current list of services.
Arrival Description
Freeway Munich -Salzburg (A8) - Exit 112 Inzell at km 99 - B 306 11 km to Inzell - at the village entrance turn right towards the village center - in the village center turn right towards Schmelz into Schmelzer Straße - approx. 2 km to the beginning of the forest on the right.
