Wellness in the Chiemgau thermal baths is just a few steps away, as the holiday flat is located in the Bad Endorf spa area opposite the thermal baths. Relax and feel good close to nature: In the neighbouring spa park you have a direct view of the beautiful Simssee lake, which makes you want to go for romantic walks. The railway station and various pubs are within easy walking distance. With the spa card, our guests can travel free of charge by train to Rosenheim for shopping or to Prien am Chiemsee for ice cream. Just a few kilometres away you can discover our Bavarian Sea, the Chiemsee. People like to go cycling or hiking there. Just as much fun as skiing is paragliding and rafting in the marvellous Chiemgau foothills of the Alps. You can also reach our state capital Munich by car in approx. 45 minutes. Whether on holiday with your loved ones or as a sporting break from everyday life. You will quickly appreciate the many possibilities in Chiemgau.

The prices quoted are plus a tourist tax of EUR2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person are charged EUR2.00 per day and the third person is charged EUR1.00. No tourist tax is charged for any additional family member. Children aged 7-16 are also charged EUR1.00, while children aged 0-6 are exempt from the tourist tax. A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking.
Arrival Description
Motorway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf at the crossroads turn right through the village until you see the Mercedes dealer on the right-hand side. Turn right here into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße. Motorway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf until you reach the Mercedes dealership. Turn left into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Walk 10 minutes: Cross the Park&Ride car park of the railway and turn right into Ströbinger Straße. Turn left into Ströbinger Straße until you reach Bauernwirt, turn right around the restaurant and follow Jahnstraße until you reach Ströbinger Straße (adjacent).
