Maximal 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind finden bequem Platz. Die Wohnung befindet sich unweit der Dorfmitte, ist jedoch absolut ruhig gelegen (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in 3-5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Wander- und Fahrradwege führen am Haus vorbei und Sporteinrichtungen wie das Freibad, Klettersteige sowie den Nordic Park (Einstieg in das 210 km Langlauf-/Skating Streckennetz), erreichen Sie nach 7 Minuten Fußweg.
