Die Wohnung befindet sich unweit der Dorfmitte, ist jedoch absolut ruhig gelegen. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in 3-5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Wander- und Fahrradwege führen am Haus vorbei. Freibad, Klettersteig sowie der Nordic Park (Einstieg in das Langlauf-/Skating Streckennetz), befinden sich 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Alpinen Wintersport betreiben Sie rund um die nahegelegene Winklmoos Alm/Skigebiet Steinplatte (Transfer per öffentlichen Skibus).
