To the beaches in the Schafwaschener Bucht and adventure pool Prienavera it is only about 1.5 - 2 kilometers. The center of Prien you can reach in about 900 meters. Facilities: The ground floor apartment has 104sqm pure living space and has 2 terraces and a small garden. Due to the 2 separate bedrooms and a large living-dining area with two sofa beds, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is ideal for 4 people (+ 2).Due to the ground floor location, the apartment is also conditionally barrier-free and suitable for seniors. There are only 3 steps in front of the house to the entrance door. Parking space available - garage possible on request. You are welcome to leave us the empty vials - just please do not throw them away!!! Empty bottles will be refilled and reused by us. We use high quality organic cosmetics from:Dr. Hauck & Dr. Boos. TheseBio cosmetics and body care products you can also buy from us.Sustainability in the kitchen Already existing materials and utensils made of plastic we did not throw away only to replace them with environmentally friendly materials, because that would not be sustainable.Buying new always means new resources, more CO2 emissions, more transportation. What we do is to rely on durable utensils made of natural materials and sustainable (regional) production for the next upcoming purchase.The house: the entire house was energetically renovated in the spring of 2023.Heating: sustainable pellet heating bio electricity from Naturstrom.With the NaturReich vacation apartment we contribute a small part to environmental and climate protection. Was gibt es schöneres als unsere bayerischen Berge und das bayerische Meer, den Chiemsee. Der Chiemgau bietet Kultur, Erholung und sportliche Aktivitäten zu allen Jahreszeiten. Ob Sie den Spuren König Ludwigs auf die Herreninsel und zum Schloss Herrenchiemsee folgen oder einen Ausflug in eine der naheliegenden Städte, wie Salzburg, Rosenheim etc. unternehmen. Es erwartet Sie viel Abwechslung und Unterhaltung - und das bei jedem Wetter. Prien ist der idealer Standort, um ganzjährig die Chiemseeinseln zu entdecken. Folgen Sie den Spuren König Ludwigs auf die Herreninsel und zum Schloss Herrenchiemsee oder besuchen Sie die benachbarte Fraueninsel als kleinste Künstlerkolonie Europas. Im Winter ist der wunderbar stimmungsvolle Weihnachtsmarkt auf der Fraueninsel ein absoluter Publikumsmagnet. Für Tagesausflüge nach Rosenheim, München oder Salzburg ist die Seegemeinde ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Für Familien mit Kindern bieten sich zum Beispiel der Märchen- & Erlebnispark in Marquartstein, der Familienpark Ruhpolding, oder das Salzbergwerk Berchtesgaden an.

Arrival Description

By train to Prien am Chiemsee. From there approx. 900 meters on foot. Partly there is a public RVO bus via Hallwangerstrasse in the direction of Rimsting.By car: Navigate to Hallwanger Str. 67. From the freeway Munich Salzburg take the exit Bernau am Chiemsee and follow the signs to Prien am Chiemsee. In the center of Prien turn right at the big traffic lights into Seestraße, cross the traffic circle and pass under the railroad. At this traffic circle turn left into Hallwanger Straße. After about 800 meters you will find the apartment on the left side.
