Optimal you can reach from this quietly located vacation apartment, 63 sqm feel-good accommodation in Bavarian style, various vacation destinations. In a few minutes you are at the Chiemsee shore with boat landing stage. Just as easy you can get to the center of Prien with stores, train station (also ICE, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cinema and clinics. A free car parking space is right outside the front door. The spacious lawn can be used as a sunbathing area. Bicycles can be parked in the basement. The in-house sauna is available for a fee (coin deposit) for our guests. The linen package (bed linen and towels) is free of charge from 7 nights.
Environment description
From the apartment are: Mountain hiking trails and alpine pastures in the area, direct train connections to Salzburg and Munich (travel time about 60 minutes), good bus / train connections to Reit im Winkel, Aschau, Rosenheim, etc., Prienavera adventure pool and lidos, as well as skiing and cross-country skiing areas from 30 minutes away, within walking distance: Chiemsee, ship dock, center, cinema, Prienavera adventure pool, Prien train station, dicounter and various restaurants.
About the host
The vacation apartment Christine with its 63sqm, balcony and separate bedroom is centrally located between Prien center and Prien Stock/Hafen and is ideal for excursions. Please note the following: - Dog on request (for a fee!) - A mandatory deposit of 200EUR is required upon booking. In the absence of a deposit, the landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the booking.- Cancellations are subject to charges.
