The comfortably furnished 1-room flat is located on the southern outskirts of Reit im Winkl and has everything needed by one person for living, cooking, eating and sleeping, e.g. bed, wardrobe, shelf, dining area, TV, shower, WC, washbasin, fully equipped kitchen, with fridge (freezer compartment), hob, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, coffee maker cooking pots, crockery, glasses, bed linen, bath towels, towels, etc.. The car park is directly in front of the house, a supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. The idyllic village centre with many restaurants and lovely shops can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In winter, a free ski bus runs from the flat house to the gondola lifts in the nearby Seegatterl district; from there, the gondola lift takes you to the Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte ski area. Many hiking and biking trails as well as ski trails through beautiful nature start just a stone's throw away right behind the house. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the communal cellar, as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles. By car you can reach Munich, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Königssee, Chiemsee, Kitzbühel, Zell am See and many other excursion and skiing areas in Tyrol and Salzburg Land within an hour.
