Unsere Wohnung im 1. OG liegt im verkehrsberuhigten historischen Zentrum mitten in Teisendorf und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was Sie zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigen. Die 30 m2 große Unterkunft ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn-/Schlafraum, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Handtuchwärmer, es finden 3 Personen Platz (ideal 2 Erw. und 1 Kind). Im Wohn-/Schlafraum finden Sie ein Doppelbett und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa, mit Schlafmöglichkeit für 1 Kind, sowie einen 4k Smart-TV mit Netflix-Zugang. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche hat einen Backofen, ein Induktionsfeld, einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, eine Kaffeemaschine, und einen Wasserkocher. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien zum Kochen ist für 3 Personen auch ausreichend vorhanden. Sie erreichen fußläufig von der Wohnung alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Banken, Post, Restaurants, die Kirche, den Bahnhof, aber auch viele Wanderwege in die nahe gelegene Natur. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichen in der Nähe. Bitte beachen Sie die Hausordnung: Nichtraucher-Wohnung, Haustiere nur auf Anfrage und keine Partys. Our flat on the 1st floor is located in the traffic-calmed historical centre in the middle of Teisendorf and is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 35 m2 accommodation is divided into a living/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, there is room for 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children). In the living/bedroom you will find a double bed and an eSofa that pulls out into a double bed, as well as a satellite TV and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker with oven, a dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. There is also enough crockery for 4 people. Teisendorf is located in the heart of the Rupertiwinkel between Lake Chiemsee and the Mozart city of Salzburg, Berchtesgaden with the famous Königssee is only a short distance away. In the historic center of Teisendorf you will find all stores for daily needs, well-run gastronomy, cafes and an ice cream parlor round off the market street. Around Teisendorf approx. 280 km of well-kept hiking trails await you, bike paths lead on side roads to Salzburg (approx. 20km), Bad Reichenhall (approx. 20km) and Berchtesgaden (approx. 40km). In winter you will find ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails e.g. in Inzell, Ruhpolding, in Salzburg Land and in the easily accessible Tirol.

Arrival Description
Via freeway A8 exit Neukirchen/Teisendorf turn left to Teisendorf. After approx. 6 km in Oberteisendorf take the B 304 in the direction of Teisendorf/Freilassing, at the traffic circle turn to Teisendorf Ortsmitte - you have reached Marktstraße.
