The holiday flat is located in an annex on the ground floor and has a separate entrance so that you can enter your accommodation at any time without contact. You enter your flat via a small hallway with wardrobe. It consists of a cosy eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen and a view of the mountains. A bed-sit room is adjacent with a double bed and a sofa bed for another person. There is also room for a child's bed. From the bed-sitting room you can access a small, fully covered terrace with an unobstructed view of the Fuderheuberg. Enjoy the afternoon sun or the sunset over the Staufen massif with a cool drink, for barbecue lovers we are also happy to provide a barbecue. The daylight bathroom is completely new with shower/WC and washing machine. All rooms have underfloor heating. Free WLan is a matter of course. A third person can be booked on request.

We have completely renovated and refurbished our house in 2020/2021. From here you can go on excursions of all kinds. Whether you like motorcycling or cycling, hiking, walking, wellness or skiing in winter - you have the free choice and a perfect starting position. Enjoy a visit to the Old Salt Works and learn all about the historical salt mining in our area, enjoy a wellness day in our Rupertus Therme, listen to a spa concert by our Bad Reichenhall Philharmonic Orchestra, which is known beyond the borders, stroll through the pedestrian zone with its diverse shops, enjoy a cool drink in one of the wonderful beer gardens or let yourself be spoilt culinary by the diverse gastronomic offer. Environment description
The border crossing to Austria is only a few minutes away by car or motorbike and Salzburg can thus be reached in about 15 minutes. Our beautiful Bad Reichenhall also has a lot to offer in terms of culture and cuisine.
About the host
Our house is located in the middle of beautiful Marzoll, a district of Bad Reichenhall at the foot of the legendary Untersberg and the fairytale Marzoll Castle from the 16th century.
