The Breitkopf holiday flat (formerly the Kastner holiday flat) is located in Haus Sonnenschein. The Primelweg is on a south-facing slope, the location is one of the most beautiful in Reit im Winkl. You can enjoy the unobstructed view over the village to the Kaiser Mountains from the south-facing terrace with garden area. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in spring 2015. It is a 2-room flat on the ground floor with two beds. The new kitchenette has a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc.. In the separate bedroom, a new box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) is ready for you. The wooden floors (oak - natural wood) and the bathroom / WC with glass shower cubicle are new. The flat has HD-TV, W-LAN and radio with CD. The flat has a parking space in front of the house. In Haus Sonnenschein you have a sauna with shower, solarium, table tennis, ski room and a washing machine at your disposal. The short distances to the open-air swimming pool, via ferrata, town centre, bus stop, etc. make you independent of a vehicle. You will find plenty of sporting opportunities in Reit im Winkl, such as hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, tennis, golfing, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
