Description
Very comfortable holiday flat on the 4th floor with garage and a panoramic indoor swimming pool in the flat house "Am Schroffen 1" in Bad Reichenhall in the immediate vicinity of the Predigtstuhl cable car. The holiday flat is accessible via a lift. The beautiful, picturesque old town with pedestrian zone and many restaurants, cafés, boutiques, the very well-maintained spa garden and the old salt works are within easy reach.
Environment description
Bad Reichenhall and the Berchtesgadener Land, as well as Salzburg, which is only a few kilometres away, are a worthwhile holiday destination all year round. The nearest larger skiing area (Lofer) is only 20 minutes away by car. Hiking is possible on the doorstep and the Thumsee lake is only 5 minutes away by car.

Arrival Description
Coming from the A8, take the first exit at the roundabout in the direction of Bad Reichenhall and drive straight ahead until you turn right over the Luitpoldbrücke bridge and then turn left into Kiblinger Straße. After approx. 600 metres, turn right into Schroffenstraße, which you follow to the accommodation.
