The spacious vacation apartment "Speckbichlhaus" is located very quietly on the outskirts of Ruhpolding. It has a terrace and two balconies with a wonderful view. The 200 sqm apartment has a large living/dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a separate shower, two separate WCs and a lockable storage room for sports equipment. With 4 bedrooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to 8 people. The living room has a sofa and TV, the spacious dining area has a large table with benches and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker and fridge-freezer. WLan, bed linen, towels are provided and many games are available for cozy family evenings. Three parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. With your stay in our house you will receive free of charge the Chiemgau Card,with which you can experience in addition to our own services, numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding. The card offers you the following free services: mountain railroads, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike rental, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional train between Ruhpolding and Traunstein, and much more.We will be happy to send you the detailed contents and terms of use on request.In winter, several cross-country ski trails and ski resorts are only a few minutes away by car. In summer you can reach hiking and biking trails directly from the house. On the terrace you can end the day afterwards comfortably and enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama of Ruhpolding.

Environment description

A supermarket for daily needs is about 1 km away and can be reached by car in 2 minutes. There are other supermarkets in the village. An Almgasthof with a beautiful view is within walking distance in summer. In about 20 minutes they also reach the center of Ruhpolding on foot (by car in 5 minutes). Other excursion destinations such as the nearby amusement park, the summer toboggan run Chiemgaucoaster or the swimming pool Vita Alpina ensure that even younger guests do not get bored. Lake Chiemsee can be reached by car or by public transport. There are also numerous excursion opportunities in Traunstein, Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden or Salzburg.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
