In 2024, we renovated the kitchen, bathroom and hallway, and in 2025, we renovated the living room and bedroom and lovingly redecorated them for our guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher (dishwasher tablets are provided), ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, Brita water filter, toaster, egg boiler and spices. The bright living room with its comfortable sofa and large armchairs invites you to relax and enjoy an evening of television on the smart TV. From the dining table with 4 chairs, you can enjoy the view of the garden. In the newly designed bedroom, you will find peace, relaxation and dreams of Lake Chiemsee in our 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. The large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your luggage. Our new bathroom is equipped with a floor-level walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. We are happy to provide our guests with a hairdryer. The flat has a sun terrace with a large bench, chairs, table and parasol. In the basement, there is a washing machine (for a fee) and a bicycle storage room where you can park your bikes.
