Music lovers will appreciate the tangible closeness of the great conductor.Through the four-hectare park, which is available to all guests, forest paths lead to contemplative places, such as a small monopteros on a hill or an idyllic seating area by the pond. Everywhere you can feel peace, seclusion, nature and generosity. And directly at the west entrance to the park of Villa Sawallisch is a small, natural swimming lake!From the park, hiking trails lead to wonderful alpine huts and mountain peaks, for example, on the Kampenwand or the Hochplatte.The village of Grassau with all shopping facilities, restaurant's and cafes is within walking distance in a few minutes.

From the A8 exit Bernau the B305 via Rottau to Grassau. Directly after entering the town, after the Peugot Steiner car dealership, turn right to "Hinterm Bichl". Take the driveway to the estate on the right through the gate.Limited parking at the house. Free parking down in the village.
