Our two lovingly furnished holiday flats in country house style are located directly in the centre of Reit im Winkl, yet absolutely quiet. The flats are directly next to each other on the ground floor. Cafes, restaurants, shops, the mini golf course, spa gardens, swimming pool and hiking trails are all in the immediate vicinity. Both flats have a cosy living room with seating area, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace facing south with a view of the beautiful mountains. There is a lockable, heated room in the house for storing bicycles and your ski equipment. A parking space/underground garage parking space is available. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.
