In an absolutely quiet location, in the middle of greenery, this holiday home was built in 2015. An outside staircase leads you to the first floor with small bathroom and toilet, lounge with kitchenette and adjoining bedroom with double bed. A generous staircase leads you to the developed attic with a second spacious bathroom/toilet, sitting area, a lot of cupboard space and a double bed. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed, so that the elegantly furnished holiday apartment (with 2 TV sets) offers a comfortable stay for up to 5 persons. Through the large gable window you enjoy a fantastic mountain view. In the lower floor you look into the large garden, with a large lawn and pavilion which invite you to stay. This apartment with 2 bedrooms has a kitchen, a sitting area and a flat screen cable TV. The apartment also offers a bathroom with a shower.

Description
Welcome to Bad Reichenhall! The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house that was converted in 2015. A spacious garden with lots of greenery guarantees good air and plenty of peace and quiet. The former border to Austria runs approx. 150 m away as the crow flies, you can hear the border stream, the Weißbach, rushing. You can reach a baker and a butcher within a few metres and a large shopping market after just under one kilometre.
Environment description
The holiday flat is only a five-minute drive from the centre of Reichenhall. You can reach the thermal spa after just under 10 minutes' drive. You also have the possibility to walk down to Bad Reichenhall via wonderful walking and cycling paths, completely without traffic. The walk takes about 30 minutes, so the house is the ideal starting point for all activities.
