Here you will find the ideal conditions for a vital active holiday and for recharging your batteries: walking, hiking, horse riding, Nordic walking, golf course "Kaiserwinkel", tennis, cycling in the valley and on the mountains, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, bathing pleasures in the local outdoor adventure pool, several bathing lakes and lido "Walchsee". There is a private parking space for your car in the underground garage. A telecommander (remote control) makes it easy for you to enter and exit the underground car park. From your car parking space you can reach your flat directly via a corridor. Also in the basement you will find a communal sauna, a ski depot and a bicycle parking space. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
