The new non-smoking apartment (75 sqm) is located on the upper floor with south-facing balcony and balcony furniture. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, the built-in furniture is made by carpenters. The living room with couch corner and dining table for more than 5 people has flat screen TV, stereo with i-Phone and i-Pod docking station, internet connection or wifi and has a wipe-clean floor, as well as the kitchen. Our exclusive kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob with 4 hobs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and sufficient dishes. Breakfast in the house on request. The two separate bedrooms (1 triple room and 1 double room) are equipped with two-meter beds, back-friendly mattresses, allergy beds and with high-quality carpeting (suitable for allergy sufferers) and room safe. In the 2 bathrooms with vanity, shower / WC you will find towel warmers, hair dryer and toiletries. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course included. The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
