We appreciate your interest and would like to describe our flat MÜNCHEN on the ground floor. It has 100 square metres and consists of: * a 35 m2 living room with tiled stove, a cosy corner bench and table, a couch with coffee table and armchair and a large desk as a workplace. *a well-equipped kitchen of approx. 20 m2 with dishwasher and new, high-quality electrical appliances (oven with microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan), table with corner bench * a children's bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe * a bedroom with a double bed, a couch (sleeping space for a possible fifth person) and a wall unit * a bathroom with shower, bathtub, two washbasins and bidet * a separate WC with washbasin * Private garden with south-facing terrace, sun lounger, dining table with garden chairs, mountain view Barbecue area is also accessible for our other guests. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We see them as valuable family members. We only ask that you bring your own bed linen. We are happy to provide towels.
