Quiet location with mountain views, 3 minutes to the center, south-facing balcony, very spacious apartment (100 m²) with separate entrance and 2 bedrooms, non-smoking, no pets. Parking place directly at the house. The vacation apartment can be occupied from 15.00 (storage for luggage available).

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge.
Arrival Description
Freeway A 8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau, turn left towards Reit im Winkl, throughBernau via Rottau to Grassau. About 200 m after the Shell gas station turn right into the street Oberdorf (corner Haushaltswaren Holzhammer). Then follow the road for about 200 m and you will reach our house on the left side in Achentalstraße 7 (on the right hand side you will see the Toyota car dealership).
