The flat consists of two rooms and a shower with WC. In the comfortably furnished living room, a kitchenette is integrated next to the seating area. It has a ceramic hob with two cookers, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also crockery and cutlery, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. On the 43 inch TV you can receive all programmes via SAT. In the bedroom there is a double bed, which is equipped with blankets in comfort size (155 x 220 cm). Allergy sufferers in particular appreciate the fact that we have only laid wipe-clean floors and have dispensed with feather beds. Visit us in advance on the internet!

Description

Welcome to Litzldorf, a small village in the Upper Bavarian municipality of Bad Feilnbach. Our house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village at the foot of the Sulzberg, surrounded by green meadows and fruit trees. From the garden you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The holiday flat with its own entrance, covered veranda and separate terrace is located on the ground floor of our house and offers space for two people. There is a bedroom with double bed, shower/WC, a living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, SAT-TV and free W-Lan at your disposal. Towels and bed linen are of course provided. There is a lockable garage for your bicycles. Leave your car in our car park and start directly from the flat into our beautiful mountain world, or explore our landscape by bike, or relax on the lounger in the garden. We look forward to seeing you!

Die genannten Preise sind zzgl. Kurbeitrag in Höhe von 1,20 EUR pro Person/Nacht für Erwachsene. Kinder von 14 bis 17 Jahre: 0,80 EUR. Kinder von 0 bis 6 Jahre: 0,00 EUR. Bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Nacht ist die Hälfte des jeweiligen Kurbeitrages fällig.

Arrival Description

Sie erreichen Ihre Ferienwohnung über die A8, Ausfahrt 100 Bad Aibling/Bad Feilnbach. Von Bad Feilnbach sind es noch ca. 3,5 km nach Litzldorf in Richtung Brannenburg. Nach dem Litzldorfer Ortsschild die erste Straße links in den Wiesenweg (Sackstraße) einbiegen, oder über die A8, Ausfahrt 102 Rosenheim. Fahren sie auf der B15 durch Pfraundorf und Raubling nach Großholzhausen. Von dort sind es noch ca. 2 km nach Litzldorf in Richtung Bad Feilnbach. Nach dem Ortsschild die dritte Straße rechts in den Wiesenweg einbiegen. Unser Haus befindet sich am Ende der Sackstraße auf der rechten Seite.
