Dream holiday in a light-flooded holiday flat - comfort & cosiness for the whole family! Welcome to your perfect holiday oasis! This spacious 90 m2 non-smoking holiday flat offers space for up to 6 people and invites you to spend relaxing days full of comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the evening sun on the wonderful west-facing balcony - the perfect place to end the day in a cosy atmosphere. Thanks to the lift in the building, you can reach the flat comfortably and barrier-free. The eat-in kitchen is a real highlight: fully equipped with fridge incl. freezer compartment, hob/oven, dishwasher and everything you need for delicious meals. The large round dining table offers space for eating and is ideal for socialising. The two cosy bedrooms, each with flat-screen cable TV, blackout curtains and a double bed (180 x 200 cm), ensure a good night's sleep. One of the bedrooms has balcony access and two folding guest beds (90 x 200 cm) as well as a reading chair. It also offers the option of using the guest bed as a family bed with fall-out protection for small children. The bathroom pampers you with a shower/WC and bathtub as well as a hairdryer - perfect for a relaxed start to the day. There is also a separate WC for even more comfort. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed.

Holidays in idyllic nature - relaxation on a former farm. Welcome to your personal retreat! Our former farm is located in the district of Haindorf, at the end of Aschau im Chiemgau in the direction of Bernau and Lake Chiemsee. Let your gaze wander and enjoy the impressive panorama of the surrounding mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. We offer barrier-free rooms and self-catering holiday flats, which you can easily reach with a lift in the house. Please note that the showers have a small step and are therefore only partially suitable for wheelchair users - however, one of our holiday flats is specially equipped for wheelchair users. For even more convenience, a washing machine (for a fee), iron and ironing board are available for general use. A baby travel cot can be provided on request for a fee. There is also a highchair and a safety rail for the bed, so that families with small children can also feel at home. A clothes horse is also available in each flat. Free parking is available directly at the house and there is a separate side entrance for all holiday flats and rooms. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed. Experience a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings and enjoy the variety of leisure activities right on the doorstep.

Perfect location for excursions & relaxation! Whether you're looking for an active holiday or pure relaxation - our surroundings have something for everyone. The summer bathing area is in the immediate vicinity, while the railway station, a supermarket and a restaurant are just a ten-minute walk away. The Orthopaedic Children's Clinic is 280 metres away and the town centre is 900 metres away. Free parking is available directly at the house, and there is also a separate side entrance for all holiday flats and rooms. Experience nature up close! Numerous hiking and valley trails start directly from the house. Explore the impressive mountain world on a tour to the Kampenwand, enjoy the peace and quiet in the Bärnsee nature reserve or go on a bike tour around Lake Chiemsee. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of leisure activities. The tennis court, Chiemgau high ropes course, a Kneipp pool, a swimming area and another idyllic moor bathing area are just a stone's throw away. The Chiemsee, Königsee and Berchtesgaden are wonderful to explore by car. You can easily reach Munich or Salzburg by train in just over an hour - perfect for a day trip.

Für noch mehr Komfort stehen Ihnen eine Waschmaschine (gegen Gebühr), Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett zur allgemeinen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Ein Baby-Reisebett kann auf Anfrage gegen eine Gebühr bereitgestellt werden. Zudem sind ein Kinderhochstuhl und ein Rausfallschutz für das Bett vorhanden, sodass sich auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohlfühlen können. Ein Wäscheständer steht ebenfalls in allen Wohnungen zur Verfügung.

For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is EUR1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bernau. Follow the road for approx. 1 km towards the end of the village, our farm is on the left-hand side. Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, after approx. 50 m on the right-hand side.
