The non-smoking flat has 3 rooms and a bathroom with central heating, all at ground level with a beautiful, spacious south-west terrace. Large kitchen with cosy large sitting area and full equipment, such as fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, microwave with microwave dishes, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and including all necessary cooking utensils. Living room with pull-out sofa bed, satellite flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and direct access to the south-west terrace. Tiled stove in kitchen and living room. Very beautiful, sunny location with fantastic mountain views, close to the Aschau public nature outdoor pools and the Bärnsee nature reserve. Detached house, directly at the forest with connection to the hiking trail network. Bus stop 80 m from the house. Parking lot at the house. Our house is treated with Memon technology low radiation and our water is also treated with Memon technology. To the Aschauer bike rental 300 m, cycle and hiking paths lead directly past the house. 6,5 km to the lake Chiemsee and 3,7 km to the Kampenwandbahn, mountain cable car.

About the host
Washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in separate laundry room. Cleaning agents and bin bags are provided. Umbrella, rucksack and guest bike for collecting bread rolls available. Laundry service free of charge: You will receive a laundry bag depending on the colour of the laundry and can hand it over with the temperature and washing request. The washed laundry is returned to you in the bag so that you can dry it yourself on the clothes horse in the respective flat. Ironing board and iron are also available at any time. Garage can be hired for a fee. In order to take a short break for yourself and your partner during your holiday, you have the possibility to book babysitting or childcare in the evening in our house for a fee, after consultation. Our two older daughters are very competent and experienced. A collection of games is available.

Von Frasdorf kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Rosenheimer Straße, an der Tankstelle vorbei. Am Kreisverkehr nehmen Sie die 2. Ausfahrt Richtung Bernau. Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf ca. 2,3 km bis zum Ortsteil Bucha. Rechts an der Bushaltestelle einbiegen, 1. Haus am Hang rechts.
