The adjoining second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is not directly in the main flat. You have to cross the anteroom. There is also a kitchen-living room with a couch and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Shower and separate WC. The main entrance, as well as the anteroom to this flat is shared with another flat. You have a separate entrance to your flat. On the sunny side of the Reit im Winkler valley you will find our family-run Bergstüberl guesthouse. It is situated in a quiet yet central location with a magnificent view of the mountains and invites you to a relaxing holiday. You can start your hikes and cross-country skiing directly from the house. It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of the village. In addition, there are three beautiful natural lakes that invite you to swim in summer. Our house is characterised by personal care and individual holiday advice. In our one-, two- and three-room flats (non-smoking) we have paid particular attention to comfort and cosiness. The coordinated furnishings in country house style, as well as wooden floors and open fireplaces make the flats particularly cosy. Unique to Reit im Winkl is the well-known and popular "Hausberg" ski, snowboard and cross-country ski school. All courses can be booked directly in the house. We also have all the equipment you need for all winter sports: skis, boards, cross-country skis, sledges and snowshoes. For house guests there is a 10% discount on all courses. Your children will learn to ski quickly and easily in the BOBO Children's Club, which is right next to the house. The teaching concept with small groups guarantees learning success. Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
