Welcome to the guesthouse "Zum Wurm"! Located in the heart of Reit im Winkl, you have short distances to all restaurants, shops and stops for the local and ski bus. We offer attractively furnished holiday flats for two to four people with TV, free Wi-Fi and south-facing balcony. It is only a few minutes' walk to the hiking trails and the cross-country skiing stadium with its wonderful trails. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free or discounted services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. You also receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs). Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
From the tourist information office at the May tree, drive approx. 300 m into the village until you reach the Hotel Almrausch. Our house is diagonally opposite on the left-hand side.
