The Höflinger guesthouse is quietly located in the centre of Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau. We offer four guest rooms with balcony and are comfortably furnished. They are equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone and shower/WC. We serve a varied breakfast in our breakfast room, which is also equipped with a tea kitchen and a guest refrigerator. The cosy farmhouse parlour is a great place to meet for a social get-together. In summer, you will be enchanted by our flower-filled garden. On the sunbathing lawn you can enjoy the sun's rays. The house also has a car park. You can easily reach the ski lift, children's skiing area, ski school, cross-country skiing trails and hiking paths without a vehicle. The village centre is a 5-minute walk away. There, you will find numerous opportunities for refreshments, leisure activities and shopping. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Luftkurort Reit im Winkl Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.
