Our house is situated in a wonderfully quiet south-facing location with an unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser and the surrounding mountains. The flat for 2-3 people can be reached via a separate entrance. From here you have the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike and e-bike tours that lead to many farmed alpine pastures. The cross-border 18-hole golf course also starts directly at the house. In winter, you will get your money's worth on the winter hiking trails and snowshoe hikes. A toboggan slope and a 1.5 km long toboggan run with refreshment facilities are virtually on the doorstep. In winter you can also use the free local bus, the bus stop is 1 minute away from the house. By car to Reit im Winkl... Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl... The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane... Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
