Our house is situated at the foot of the Walmberg, in a quiet location, only a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village, the outdoor swimming pool and the spa gardens. In summer, central starting point for many hiking trails. In winter, ski school, ski kindergarten, cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl.
