You will find Haus Obinger in the Unterbichl district. We offer cosy one- or three-room flats for two to five people. From the rooms you have a fantastic view of the Kaisergebirge and the centre of Reit im Winkl. In summer, our sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities is at your disposal. The athletes among our guests can get their bodies in shape in the in-house fitness room or play a round or two of table tennis. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs). For your breakfast we are happy to offer you our bread roll service. So you will find fresh rolls from the bakery right in front of your flat door in the morning. Our little guests can really let off steam at the playground. Our house is also an ideal starting point for various sports activities. Holiday with your pet? No problem! Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural prerequisites for good air, we actively take care that the good mountain air is preserved for us with natural warmth or ample bus offers.

Arrival Description

Motorway (E45) Rosenheim direction Innsbruck-before the Austrian border take the exit Niederndorf/Oberaudorf on the B171 direction Walchsee, Kössen to Reit im Winkl. After the border follow the road approx. 300m and then turn sharp left into Unterbichler Str.. Follow this road for approx. 300 m and you will find our guesthouse on the left-hand side.
