In the fully equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area forms the transition into the living area. Here is a wood stove that provides a cozy atmosphere. A spacious living area with flat screen TV, radio and CD player invite you to relax. A selection of books invites you to browse. A washing machine and dryer are available in the separate utility room. Here you will also find other utensils such as vacuum cleaner, ironing board and cleaning supplies, detergent. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet. On the 1st floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed of size 180 x 200 cm. All slatted frames are height adjustable. A sliding door wardrobe provides ample storage space. On the balcony with a magnificent mountain view you can end the day. House description: The 80 sqm apartment or semi-detached house has a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a garden with a sitting area and a sunshade. The south balcony is also equipped with seating. On the ground floor there is the living area, kitchen, utility room and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the 1st floor. The free parking is directly in front of your door and space for parking bicycles is also available.Environmental description: In Bergen im Chiemgau, at the foot of the Hochfelln and with a direct view of the mountain is our vacation apartment. Ideal starting point for various excursions, whether on foot, by bike or by car. Public transport and an e-filling station for mobility are available for you in the immediate vicinity. The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16.
