Our house has 2 double rooms. One is on the first floor, another room on the 1st floor. Each with balcony or terrace, which are equipped with table and chairs. The comfortably furnished accommodations, renovated in 2018, have a double bed (single beds are not possible). Length 2 meters, fold-out couch, shower, toilet, TV with satellite connection. Refrigerator, kettle and dishes. The rooms are offered without service and without board (no breakfast). Free W-LAN is available. Pets only on request with extra charge.

Arrive, feel at home and enjoy your vacation. It would be our pleasure to welcome you in our family-friendly house in Bergen im Chiemgau! Our house is located in a central, quiet location. Children's playground, baby and toddler equipment, comfortable garden furniture invites you to sit, garden, parking directly at the house. The Hochfelln cable car,the open-air swimming pool and the spa park are easily accessible in 5-10 min.on foot. Bicycle and hiking trails. The Hochfelln ski area, cross-country ski trails and ice rink in the immediate vicinity.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 1.10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16. Children and adolescents from the age of 6 to the age of 16, as well as severely disabled persons whose degree of disability is 100 percent: EUR 0.55.
