Haus Seeblick is located on the edge of the forest, approximately 75 meters above Lake Königssee, in a quiet, almost isolated location. The world-famous artificial ice bobsleigh and toboggan run is nearby and within direct view. The location is ideal for mountain hikes, via ferrata adventures (it's the first house on the site), and those seeking relaxation and panoramic views. Lake Königssee is a five-minute walk away, and the center of Schönau is about 15 minutes away. The garden and terrace offer outstanding views of the Berchtesgaden mountains.

The prices listed include a tourist tax of €3.10 for adults, €1.55 for children/young people aged 7 to 16, and €0.00 for children aged 0-6 per person per day of stay (discounts and changes subject to change).

The apartment is not available for rental to persons for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or similar events, nor to seasonal or assembly workers. A free parking space is available for the apartment. Guests from other accommodations are not welcome on the property – even temporarily. We ask for your understanding.

Arrival Description

In Schönau am Königssee in the district of Unterstein, 100 meters south of the Schornbad, turn into Hofreitstraße, then go straight on, at the intersection with Zulehenweg and the barrier sign for the artificial ice rink go straight on (residents are allowed), then at the fork in the road Jodlerweg - Rodelbahnweg keep right and go up the last hill to Haus Seeblick.
