At the large solid wood dining table, all guests will find space – the perfect setting for shared meals and sociable moments.

After a day of exploring the mountains, the spacious, cozy couch invites you to relax – ideal for a snug evening with family or just the two of you. Two stylishly designed bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and custom solid wood built-in wardrobes provide the perfect place to relax and recharge. The main bedroom also includes a cozy, visually separated sleeping niche with a full-sized bed. The second bedroom features a double bed – ideal for children, friends, or accompanying adults. Both rooms are equipped with thoughtful details: TVs, reading lights, and sockets right by the beds offer comfort and personal moments of relaxation – whether reading, unwinding, or dreaming.

AIR CONDITIONING
For warm summer days, we've made sure you're well taken care of: three air conditioning units in the two bedrooms and the living/dining area ensure a cool, pleasant indoor climate after a hot day in the Berchtesgaden Alps.

ELEVATOR
After a long hike in the Alps – or a successful shopping trip at the nearby supermarket – feel free to use the elevator from the underground garage directly to the top floor.

FLOORING
