Our 105 square metre non-smoking holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
You can enjoy a wonderful mountain view from the furnished south and east-facing balconies.
The spacious, combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen and dining table is the centre of the modern and well-equipped holiday flat.
Kitchen and dining area:
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
Crockery, a fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and microwave are of course included.
3 bedrooms:
The three separate bedrooms contain six sleeping places (2x with double bed and 1x two single beds). There are a further 2 beds in the living room on a pull-out couch.
In the barrier-free bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, we provide an initial supply of toiletries, as well as a hairdryer and two bathrobes.
The price includes
the provision of bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and tea towels

The houses Löslerfreud are located in Schönau am Königssee, Löslerstraße No. 50 and No. 52, in a beautiful location in the area of Oberschönau with a marvellous view of meadows and mountains.
Panorama mountain view

Enjoy the view from the balconies of the flats - a fantastic panoramic view from the Kehlstein in the east over the Göll massif to the Jenner and from the Grünstein in front of the Watzmann to the Hochkalter in the west.
Multi-generational holidays

Of the family-friendly flats, the Untersberg and Grünstein flats are accessible by lift from the underground car park and are also perfect for a multi-generational holiday. The Grünstein flat is also wheelchair accessible.
Upscale furnishings

The spacious and allergy-friendly non-smoking flats are equipped with electric sun blinds and insect screens, a safe, WiFi, smart TV and an underground car park. Depending on the flat, they offer space for 2 to 6 or 8 people with up to 3 separate bedrooms.


Environment description

From our Löslerfreud houses it is only a few minutes' drive to the most famous sights in the area, such as the picturesque Königssee lake, the salt mine, the Jenner mountain railway, the Eagle's Nest or the centre of Berchtesgaden.

Arrival Description

The quickest way to get here by car is via the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway.
Leave the A8 motorway at the Piding-Bad Reichenhall exit.
Then take the B21 to Bad Reichenhall and continue on the B20 via Bayerisch Gmain, Bischofswiesen to Schönau am Königssee.
Continue in the direction of Ramsau/Königssee past the junction Siedlung Böcklweiher and at the end of the road leave the roundabout at the 1st exit. Then turn left into the 1st entrance and drive up the Stangerberg to the Löslerstraße entrance (2nd entrance on the right). After approx. 550 metres you have reached the Löslerfreud houses.
