The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 180à—200 and large closet .The smaller one is equipped with two 90à—200 single beds. We offer free wifi. A TV and a radio/CD player/cassette recorder is ready for you in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and a large bathtub. Towels, hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror are available. Our living room has a comfortable couch, a tiled stove, as well as some books and board games. Description

Our house is located in the center of the district Oberau near Berchtesgaden. The apartment is very suitable for families with 2-3 children, but also couples who want to explore our beautiful mountains are welcome. A playground is in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants are nearby, also a small supermarket, the tourist info and the savings bank are only about 1 km away and easily accessible on foot.

Environment description

The house is located at the foot of the Rossfeld, from here you can start many hikes such as Stollenweg, Resteckkapelle, Rossfeld, Lärchecker Wand and many more. In winter you can ski directly to the front door, the Rossfeld ski run ends in front of the house. If you prefer cross-country skiing, no problem, a well prepared cross-country ski trail is 50 meters away.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).Our wonderful swedish stove is perfect for a cold winter day. 1 basket of wood is included, for each additional basket we charge an extra fee.
