In terms of accommodation, our vacation apartment is one of the most attractive addresses in the national park community of Schönau a. Königssee.Located in the heart of the Berchtesgaden Alps, the former farm is one of the oldest farms in the community. Later acquired by an entrepreneurial family and lavishly renovated, the Flinsenlehen today offers an exclusive vacation apartment for 2 - 4 people in an absolutely secluded location. Despite this idyllic location on a 14,000 m² property, Königssee can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot via the Königsseer footpath which runs directly past the house.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden. You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and come down Silbergstraße. Turn left in the direction of the train station. You will eventually come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.From there take the exit towards Königssee on the B20. After approx. 3.5 km turn right into the street "An der Stangermühle". Follow the road for about 180 m through a housing estate and turn left at the Königssee footpath. Straight ahead over a bridge you will find our house behind a gate with a large garden.
