The cozy vacation apartment furnished in Bavarian style is located in the farmhouse and has a large balcony on the gable side of the house. It consists of a spacious living room with corner bench, sofa and SAT-TV. The intigrated corner kitchen is fully and generously equipped. There are two bedrooms: a large one with a double bed and a small single room. Between the single room and the bathroom with shower and toilet is a short hallway with wardrobe. Special mention should be made of the magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Comfortable and with attention to detail in bavarian. Style furnished vacation apartment with two bedrooms. The apartment offers cozy 50 sqm for relaxing vacations on the sunny and idyllically located farm at the foot of the Kehlstein. Situated between the Obersalzberg and the Königssee you will find the Laxerlehen in a wonderful secluded location, but not secluded. Ideal starting point for beautiful hikes or extensive mountain tours. A forest path in the immediate vicinity is a wonderful hiking trail in summer and a fast-paced natural toboggan run in winter. Comprehensive hiking literature and numerous information brochures of the surrounding excursion destinations are available.

Unser Haus Laxerlehen erreichen Sie in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof Berchtesgaden.

Inmitten einer herrlichen Umgebung mit Wiesen und Wäldern und am Eingang zur imposanten Bergwelt des Nationalparks Berchtesgaden liegt unser Bergbauernhof auf einer mittleren Höhenlage von 800 m.

Arrival Description

At the Berchtesgaden train station, take the exit at the traffic circle towards Königssee. After the second pedestrian traffic light turn left in the direction of the Faselsberg district into Vorderbrandstr. Drive up this street until you see the sign "Laxerlehen" at the junction with Spinnerwinklweg. Turn left here into Spinnerwinklweg and at the next fork turn left one last time, this time downhill to our farm. It is important to drive up to the street sign "Spinnerwinklweg Hausschild Laxerlehen". Many sat navs already lead one driveway before from the Vorderbrandstraße. However, this is the driveway of the neighbor, where there is no turning option.
