The two apartments are located in a quiet, sunny and central location in Schönau am Königssee with a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The two comfortably and cozily furnished apartments on the first floor of the house have a beautiful terrace with direct garden access. For your car you have your own parking space or on request a garage. If you arrive by train, we offer you a free transfer from and to the train station Berchtesgaden. If you wish, we can also pick you up from the airport in Salzburg. The apartments are the ideal starting point for numerous walks, hikes or mountain tours in the unspoiled nature of the Alpine National Park. By car or from the nearby bus stop you can easily reach the famous excursion destinations of the Berchtesgadener Land or the neighboring towns of Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. In winter, not far from the house are cleared winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, ice skating rink and toboggan runs.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gemütliche Gaststätten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung und sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.At the Berchtesgaden train station take the first exit in the large traffic circle towards "Schönau".Follow the main road up the mountain. After 2 km turn left into the "Modereggweg" and follow it for about 200m.The house with our vacation apartment is on the left side.
